Services
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults. My sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes and are provided via telehealth through the Simple Practice platform. I do offer in-person services on Thursdays in SE Portland near the Goat Blocks.
Fees & Insurance
I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation so that we can get a sense of each other and see if we may be a good fit.
My practice rate is $185 per 55-minute session. Please inquire about a time-of-service discount for clients who pay out of pocket.
For insurance, I currently accept Aetna, Regence BCBS of Oregon, and OHP Open Card.
