Services

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults. My sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes and are provided via telehealth through the Simple Practice platform. I do offer in-person services on Thursdays in SE Portland near the Goat Blocks and have plans to expand my in-person availability in the future pending client interest.

Availability

I am not currently accepting new clients but anticipate having new openings beginning in Fall of 2026. I do have a wait list available for potential clients who would like to be notified when I have new openings. If you would like to join my wait list, please complete the form on my Contact page.

Fees & Insurance

I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation so that we can get a sense of each other and see if we may be a good fit.

My practice rate is $185 per 55-minute session. Please inquire about a time-of-service discount for clients who pay out of pocket. I offer sliding scale services through Open Path Collective, and my sliding scale availability is updated on their site.

For insurance, I currently accept Aetna, Regence BCBS of Oregon, and OHP Open Card. I anticipate accepting Moda insurance beginning December of 2026.
